1. Publisher
The Tabbl service is published by Edouard Lefin, sole trader, whose registered office is at 4 rue Duquesne, 29200 Brest, France (SIRET: 895 189 330 00015).
2. Purpose
These Terms of Use set out the conditions under which the Tabbl service, available at https://tabbl.fr, may be used. By using the service, you accept these terms in full.
3. Description of the service
Tabbl is an online platform that lets you:
- Create and manage events (weddings, parties, receptions and so on)
- Send invitations and collect replies
- Set seating constraints (affinities, incompatibilities)
- Automatically generate optimised seating plans
- Export seating plans as PDF
4. Registration and user account
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.
5. Use of the service
You agree to use the service in accordance with applicable law and with these terms. In particular, you must not:
- Use the service for unlawful or unauthorised purposes
- Attempt to access systems without authorisation
- Disrupt the operation of the service
- Collect other users' data without their consent
- Use the service to send spam or malicious content
6. Plans, prices and payment
Tabbl offers a free plan and paid plans. The prices that apply are those shown on the Pricing page at the time you order, in the currency displayed there. The French version is priced in euros; the English version lets you choose between euros and US dollars. The amount charged is the one shown in the currency you selected.
VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Tabbl operates under the French small-business VAT exemption: the prices shown are net of tax and no VAT is charged.
Free plan: one event, up to 30 participants, one AI-generated seating plan.
One-off plans, paid once and tied to a single event:
- Wedding — €49: up to 999 guests and unlimited generations on one wedding event
- Business — €99: one professional event with up to 100 participants
- Business+ — €249: one professional event with up to 300 participants
Monthly subscriptions, with no minimum term:
- Wedding Planner / Organiser — €99/month
- Business Planner — €299/month, up to 999 participants per event
Payments are processed by Stripe. Tabbl never has access to complete card details and stores no card numbers. Your order becomes binding once Stripe confirms payment.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, which has already been paid for, and no pro-rata refund is given. Instalments already due remain payable. If prices change, the new price applies only to payments falling due after you have been informed, and you remain free to cancel before it takes effect.
How to cancel. You can cancel in a few clicks from your account, without having to contact us: go to My account and use the "Manage my subscription" button. This function is available at all times for the duration of the contract, in accordance with article L215-1-1 of the French Consumer Code.
7. Right of withdrawal
If you are acting as a consumer, you have fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without giving any reason and without penalty, under article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code. Consumers in the United Kingdom benefit from an equivalent period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
How your consent is collected. On the secure payment page, before any charge, you are asked to tick a box by which you accept these terms and expressly request that performance of the service begin immediately, acknowledging the effect of that choice on your right of withdrawal. That box is not pre-ticked and payment cannot go through without it. The date of your consent is retained, and it is confirmed to you by email on a durable medium, in accordance with article L221-13 of the French Consumer Code.
One-off plans (Wedding, Business, Business+). Under article L221-28 1° of the French Consumer Code, once the service has been fully performed before the fourteen-day period expires, and performance began with your prior express consent and express waiver, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised. Until the service has been fully performed, you may still withdraw.
Subscriptions (Wedding Planner, Business Planner). A subscription is performed continuously: it is never "fully performed" within the meaning of article L221-28. Your fourteen-day right of withdrawal is therefore preserved. If you exercise it after requesting immediate performance, you remain liable, under article L221-25, for an amount proportionate to the service actually supplied up to the point you communicated your decision; the balance is refunded to you.
To exercise this right, send an unambiguous request to contact@tabbl.fr. Refunds are issued within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your request, using the same payment method you used to order, at no cost to you.
This right is available to consumers. It does not apply to subscriptions taken out by a business for the purposes of its activity, subject to the cases set out in article L221-3 of the French Consumer Code.
8. Refunds and complaints
Outside the right of withdrawal, any complaint may be sent to contact@tabbl.fr. We undertake to acknowledge it and to respond within a reasonable time.
If the plan you subscribed to proves lastingly unavailable or does not match its description, and no solution can be found, the amount corresponding to the affected period or event is refunded to you.
Disputes – consumer mediation. Should a dispute arise between the Client and the company, both shall endeavour to resolve it amicably (the Client shall send a written complaint to the trader or, where applicable, to the trader's Customer Relations department).
Failing an amicable agreement, or in the absence of a reply from the trader within a reasonable period of one (1) month, a Client who is a consumer within the meaning of article L.612-2 of the French Consumer Code may, if a disagreement remains, refer the matter free of charge to the competent ombudsman listed on the register of ombudsmen drawn up by the French Commission for the Evaluation and Control of Consumer Mediation under article L.615-1 of the French Consumer Code, namely:
Société Médiation Professionnellewww.mediateur-consommation-smp.fr

9. Intellectual property
Tabbl and all its content (logos, text, graphics, software) are protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
You retain ownership of the data you create on the platform (events, guest lists and so on).
10. Personal data
The collection and processing of your personal data are governed by our Privacy policy. By using the service, you consent to that processing.
11. Limitation of liability
Tabbl is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the service will be free from errors or interruptions. We cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage arising from use of the service.
Generated seating plans are suggestions based on the constraints you provide. The final seating decision rests with you.
These limitations apply to the extent permitted by law. They do not exclude the legal guarantee of conformity, the warranty against hidden defects, or our liability in the event of wilful misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury.
12. Service availability
We aim to keep the service available 24/7. We nevertheless reserve the right to suspend it temporarily for maintenance or in the event of force majeure.
13. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes. Continuing to use the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
14. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if these terms are breached.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
If you are acting as a consumer, that choice cannot deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you habitually reside, and you remain free to bring proceedings before the courts of that country. For disputes between businesses, the French courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
16. Contact
For any question about these terms, contact us at contact@tabbl.fr.
